Over the past few days, a small number of users have experienced issues topping up their Lightwire Prepay account online with a credit card. We are currently working with our payment processing provider to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Most credit card payments are being processed correctly.

If you see a Lightwire page informing you that your "Transaction Failed" after topping up your account with a credit card, please, do not try again.

Instead, please call our helpdesk on 0800 12 13 14 and we will ensure that your topup is processed or issue a refund to your credit card.

We apologise for the inconvenience and we are working hard to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    This issue has now been resolved, and credit card payments are now being correctly processed. If you were affected by this issue, please call us on 0800 12 13 14 and we will ensure that your transactions are either refunded or credited to your Lightwire account.
